Laughter Really Might Be the Best Medicine
When did joy become something we save for holidays and weekends? After two weeks of laughing until my stomach hurt, I realised how easy it is to squeeze everyday joy out of a busy life. Laughter, connection and purpose don't just make life more enjoyable; they can help reduce stress, encourage creativity and remind us what really matters. Perhaps it's time to stop saving joy for later and start building a life you genuinely want to wake up to.
